Annual NJROTC Chocolate Fundraiser Paylink

We will officially begin the Annual Blue Devil NJROTC Chocolate Sale Fundraiser this week, August 27th. Some of the upperclassmen have already begged and pleaded for their cases and I have reluctantly allowed them to conduct early sales. Each case contains 40 bars and they are sold for $2 each. When a cadet checks out a box, they will sign for it, indicating they understand the chocolate is now theirs to sell or eat and to pay $80 on the paylink. The link to pay is at the bottom of this post and it is$80 per box. The school does not allow teachers to collect cash and/or checks, hence the paylink. Your cadets may accept cash, check, crypto, etc.  This paylink is also be where you may pay the $35/box waiver fee if your cadet is not able or does not wish to sell chocolates. 

We will go over various methods for sales, most that do not entail mom, dad or the grandparents being hit up for cash, but that can be done in a safe manner. Below is the paylink as well as a pic of the checkout form the cadets sign when collecting their chocolate. And of course some cadets excited about chocolate. If you have any amazing sales techniques please don't keep it a secret. 

We will also be offering over $500 in prizes for chocolate sales. Weekly prizes will be $25 for first, $15 for second, and $5 for third, as well as random prizes such as WETSU t-shirt, Uniform Pass, "Have a Senior give you twenty", gift cards, chocolate, etc. Weekly prizes will be given on 4, 11, 18, and 25 September. 

While the official end of the fundraiser will be September 30th, we will allow sales up through the start of fall break. The Overall FIRST ($150), SECOND ($100) and THIRD ($50) Place Finishers will be named on October 9th.
